Their is a guy and a girl were staying in a co-ed hostel of an engineering college in Pune. Guy was a real Casanova he never believed in love earlier before he met her.
In Pune, girls cover themselves entirely due to the scorching heat. First time, he only saw her eyes and it is still in his memory. He was a music freak and that girl loved his songs. Neither she saw him nor he. However she used to recognize him by his voice and he used to recognize by her eyes.
All the girls of the college were his friends except her. She was different. In the last year, when the final results were commenced, juniors threw a farewell party for them. In that party, he asked one of her friend named Aarti about her and she said that Madhu is getting married. he asked,’Now you have passed . Will you get married or do some job?’
After some time
That guy went to USA as he got a job in HP. One day he called Aarti to know about all of his college friends and she suddenly said that the guy did not marry Madhu even after getting engaged to her. He still unaware of the non-curable pain that ran through him after listening to this. He took one month leave and went to Pune. He went to the girl’s hostel at Kothrud where she was staying for her job after her break up. For the first time he spoke to her and his friend Aarti took him there. They met and suddenly guy said,’don’t worry. come to US with me and I will take care of you as Raaj’. Aarti said,’Have you started flirting again?’. She spoke to her parents and both of us flew to US.
They started staying together. Guy was 3 years junior to her. They became best friends. He used to watch her sleep everyday. She slept on his lap and it was her regular routine. Every morning, guy woke up early to prepare breakfast. Every evening they used to go shopping. Being a Marathi Brahmin, she used to treat him only as her best friend. But guy love got intense and whenever he offered prayers, her face came in front of him. He could not say her anything.
Her love was possessive but intense which guy could feel. Her eyes reflected her love. Their relation was so pure that even after staying with each other, They did not have any physical relation. Girl knew that her family will not agree. Her parents were already broken as the earlier guy ditched her and this time if she would have hurted her parents, they would have died.
Their eyes revealed their love and their care for each other proved the intense depth of love.
Girl was with guy for seven months and then all of a sudden her parents call her in Pune and fortunately guy got transferred to Pune Hp as well. He don’t know how.
Girl got engaged with a guy and at last she got married on 30th December. Guy broke into pieces. Girl never said anything to him ever but he used to tell her ‘I love you my best friend’. He was neither a drunkard nor a smoker’ but at last life gifted those habits.
Girl is happily married now but still they are best friends and they will be forever. Girl loves her husband a lot. She is a perfect woman. Her feelings has a depth in it. She feels from the intense core of her heart and reveals it through her eyes.
Guy still remember that she used listen to his songs every night before sleeping. Today he stopped singing which was his childhood passion. his music pure like God and his love is pure like God. His prayer was his music and his love was his God. The day his God left him, he left singing forever.
Love will always be there in his heart and in his soul. He will wait for her till the end of his soul. Sometimes brain tells him "waiting will never end"........!
